3. **Comparison Criteria:** To qualify for the List Price Guarantee, the lower price found elsewhere must meet the following criteria:
- The lower price must be for an identical product or service.
- The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
- The lower price must be available at the time of the customer's purchase from Big In Export.
4. **Price Match Process:** Customers who find a lower price meeting the criteria above should contact Big In Export's customer support with proof of the lower price. Big In Export will verify the information and adjust the customer's purchase price accordingly.
5. **Price Adjustment:** If a lower price is confirmed, Big In Export will adjust the customer's purchase price to match the lower price found, and the customer will receive a refund for the price difference.
6. **Exclusions:** The List Price Guarantee does not apply to the following:

- Prices from membership or subscription-based pricing models.
- Prices for non-identical products or services.
7. **Limitations:** Big In Export reserves the right to limit the number of List Price Guarantee requests per customer or transaction.
